I Wrote A Bestselling Book

Game Art was a project very close to me; I wanted to tell the stories of the artists behind the games I loved - what motivated them, how they channelled their creativity into something so complex, and what their own views on art were.

The process was incredibly rewarding, in that it gave me an excuse to travel the world and interview some of my favourite creative people. It was also highly successful for my publisher and topped its category on Amazon on launch. At the time, there weren’t that many books out there on the creative process in games, and to this day there are very few that blend the pleasurable aesthetics of a coffee table book with a meaningful journalistic approach to storytelling.
